Liked: close to the villa of Virgin Mary. Unliked: traffic all night very loud and people walking and talking really loud at night time

Very clean room after house cleaning, and very respectable workers. The parking is a plus if you have a car or are renting one. Good AC unit in the room, my only complaint about the stay is the pillows provided. Some more supportive pillows would be amazing. If I ever come back, I'll know to bring my own from home. 8.5/10

The only positive point about this hotel was the location 2 blocks from the basilica and it was clean. Rooms are so small, no where to hang a towel much less your clothes. Literally nothing at all. No vanity to even lay out your toiletries. No amenities, no iron, remote tied to the wall. You can hear every sound. Conversations being held on the first floor from the 3rd floor. You have to turn in your key EVERY time you leave the property. Don't even try and keep it, they will chase you out the door for it.

Nice and clean will recommend it.

Well recommended everything super clean, small rooms, but I will kept. No coffee, no breakfast but there’s plenty of coffee shops around.

Solo quería escribir una reseña y decir que, cuando alguien se toma el tiempo de sentarse y escribir una opinión, nueve de cada diez veces está diciendo la verdad, porque nadie pierde su tiempo escribiendo una reseña negativa sin motivo. Debí haber prestado atención a los comentarios anteriores, ya que varias personas mencionaban que al usar la regadera el agua se salía y se metía a la habitación. Lamentablemente, eso mismo me ocurrió a mí. Además, las habitaciones son realmente muy pequeñas. Sin embargo, lo más importante fue mi experiencia al momento del check-out. Mientras estaba haciendo mi salida, frente al mostrador y delante de otros huéspedes que estaban registrándose o saliendo del hotel, una de las empleadas bajó con una funda de almohada y la mostró públicamente, diciendo que estaba manchada y exigiéndome el pago de una cuota de $25 dólares. Mientras intentaba explicarle que una funda de almohada se puede lavar, para mi sorpresa regresó con una toalla de mano y dijo que también estaba manchada por el maquillaje que había usado. Le pregunté si eso no podía lavarse, y me respondió que no, que de cualquier manera debía pagar los $25 por la funda de almohada porque tenía el logotipo del hotel. Para mí fue una situación muy vergonzosa y humillante tener esa conversación delante de todos los demás huéspedes. Por esa razón, no volvería a hospedarme en este hotel.

Un hotel practico y muy bien ubicado, te queda a 5 min caminando de la catedral lo unico malo que esta muy pequeño el cuarto

The room was really clean, and they cleaned the rooms everyday around 12am. The AC kept the room nice and fresh. No microwave or mini fridge in the room. The staff was very helpful at there was always a person at reception for anything you might need help with. I didn't see the parking area, but I did notice the parking was inside, behind the building. About 4 blocks away from the basilica.

Best thing is location to Basilica. They make you leave room key every time you leave! It's frustrating waiting in line for 5-10" to get your key each time. I know it's Mexico, but they do advertise they speak English, but I only came across 1 employee on the night shift. Rooms are clean, safe, hot water, AC worked well.

This hotel has no Lobby , no seat while waiting a ride the person doing check in or out is behind polarized glass.You do not know who you are dealing with.The rooms has no glass to drink water..The bathroom is very small hardly you can seat on the toilet.

Hotel was clean. There was no hot water for the 2 nights of my stay & no communication was received from the staff regarding any repairs.

It's a small room simple but the bathroom design is terrible. The water from the shower ended up under the bed and wetting the bedding and out stuff. Made the stay really uncomfortable.
