We arrived around 4 pm, no one to meet us had to get some resident to get a hold of the manager off property. It was a house with multiple rooms with shared bathroom with notice to bring your own toilet paper. Hand towel and face cloth used by all residents. No tv , no carpet just the underlay, people in the hallway out side our room partying till 4 am. This seam to be a half way house.
