I landed at 7:55 a.m. and arrived at the hotel around 11 a.m., yet check‑in was only available from 3 p.m. Dragging a 29‑inch suitcase and a 24‑inch suitcase together with my three children, I felt utterly frustrated — why is check‑in not until 3 p.m.! Then the property manager came over. After talking with me, she allowed me to leave my luggage in the storage room so I could take the children out for food. She was really kind. When I returned after 3 p.m., I collected the keys and got into the apartment. I was genuinely blown away by how wonderful the place is. The three children could sleep, play and wash without disturbing one another. The apartment was spotless and well‑equipped, especially the kitchen facilities, which were excellent. As it was the Mid‑Autumn Festival, we cooked a meal with friends in the apartment and enjoyed a lovely celebration. What is also great is that this is not a basement‑level unit. There is a Costco Express downstairs, which is extremely convenient, and Chalk Farm Underground Station is just a five‑minute walk away. All in all, it has been a perfect stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

신축건물인듯해보이고 청결함이 우수했습니다. 특히 침대와 침구가 굉장히 좋았고 4박 내내 출장일정도 잘 마무리할수 있었습니다. 건물 바로 아래에 마트가 있어 편리했습니다. 다만, 에어컨이 없다는 점과 바로 아래에 젊은 사람들이 찾는 식당이 있어 소음이 컸습니다. 에어컨이 없어 창문을 열어야하는데 밖이 너무 시끄러워 난감했습니다. 마지막으로 저는 런던행 비행기가 공항문제로 결항되어 예약한 6박중 4박만 머물게되었는데 이에대해 여러번 문의를 해봐도 답장하나 없었습니다.
