The service, location, and facilities are all excellent. The only suggestion is that the pool water be changed more frequently to prevent algae growth, as the view and location are so beautiful. Also, please repair one plank on the children's pool slide bridge.

The experience that made me stay here only once, where we checked in at 2:30 PM. Upon check-in, we were assigned a room on the top floor. When we entered the room, the floor didn't seem clean. Initially, we thought the hot weather was causing the AC to not cool enough, so we opened the balcony to let in some air. Then, at 7:00 PM, the room still didn't feel cool. I complained, and the staff came and offered to clean the indoor AC. It turned out the AC was very dirty and starting to feel a little cold. By 8:00 PM, it felt humid and hot again, so I complained again and was offered to clean the outdoor AC. By 8:45 PM, I finally asked for a fan if it still wasn't cooling. Luckily, the AC was already quite cool, and our family was able to rest. For the price of this resort, it's very bad, and this is the first time the AC isn't cooling and we weren't offered a room change. It turned out the room next to mine was the same, and even worse, there was no freon, so they used a fan.

Good service, absolutely fantastic. So far, the deluxe room has been really nice, with its balcony and direct view of the beautiful view.
