Bottomline: Overall I think you get what you pay for, meaning if affordability and location are at the top of your list, go for it. But if you can afford to pay more and are looking for amenities that make your stay more enjoyable, you might want to look elsewhere. The good: The location is hard to beat: Five minutes walk to the beach, great eats, and conveniences like supermarkets, pharmacy, and ATM. The Balinese style exterior architecture is gorgeous. The price is VERY affordable, with relatively spacious rooms and a big sunny swimming pool. The so-so: Overall feels under maintained, with peeling paint visible on some walls and some hedges due for trimming. The service at the reception is adequate. Small parking lot but at least when it 's full the staff will take your key and do valet style parking. The bed is comfy-ish, nothing bad, and they gave us an extra towel and pillow for no extra charge. There is a small TV that we did not turn on, so can't comment on what is on offer. There were four bottles of 330ml mineral water that came with the room. The annoying: The shower is very low pressure when you turn on the hot water, so every shower is a choice between thermal comfort and adequate pressure. The rainfall style showerhead is set up too low and way too close to the wall, which makes taking a shower difficult. If you are tall, be prepared to crouch and hug the wall like spiderman to take your shower. The hotel itself doesn't serve any food which is not bad in itself but given the lack of fridge and kettle in the room means the space is mostly only good for sleeping-head in when you're properly nourished and hydrated.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Construction noise starts at 8 AM. The f'ing dog out back barks all day long. Huge gaps in the doors, on the side and bottom. The towels stink of body odor with cheap air freshener sprayed on top. The bathroom faucet crumbles apart when you touch it. I've paid for two nights, but leaving after one night.

The hotel we booked was in the process of being renovated. An experience that made us panic because almost all Sanur hotels were fully booked. While the cs party who promised to give an answer in 30-60 minutes, it turned out that after so many hours they still couldn't provide a solution. I checked in the night around 10 pm, because I used to go to Kintamani. when I checked in I showed the hotel voucher from the online application that I ordered 4 rooms with 3 extra beds, how surprised I got confirmation from the reservation clerk that my room was already checked in, the person I did not know. apparently there was an error from the reservation clerk who worked the morning who did not ask for a voucher / proof of booking the hotel to that person. here I complain because the family and small children are tired of wanting to quickly enter the room. Finally this can be overcome by the hotel clerk by moving the person and cleaning the room back. At breakfast, the Indonesian food menu is only fried noodles and fried rice. watermelon and papaya 4 slices just one plate. one glass of drinks are all ordered and served on a table instead of a buffet, so can't ask for more. ration one person once. because I ordered 4 rooms with 3 extra beds, so I rationed there were 11 people, since the stay was 8 adults and 2 small children, naturally I asked for appropriate rations for fruit, apparently bu wn (restaurant section) made me offended when asking more fruit menu, he was a little rude saying "didn't you already" ... finally had to finish with a little fuss because of this problem. Other restaurant staff help me by giving according to my ration. Really this is too much, because the restaurant staff say according to the guest list, even though he miscalculated. Please pay attention to the breakfast that is not much, do not embarrass guests, especially domestic guests equate service with Caucasian guests. The interior and furniture of the hotel are pretty good although a bit gloomy. The door to the room was not closed tightly. It looks like this is an old hotel and needs to be renovated soon. The nice thing about this hotel is that the access road can be passed by large cars and ample car parking, and it is close to Sanur beach only about 300 meters. All staff and employees are friendly enough. Hopefully the hotel management can take care and manage the hotel better.

The hotel parking can only fit 3 cars. Very close to the beach. Around many places to eat or shop. Unfortunately, the hotel is quite old-school, but no updates were made to the facilities or hotel rooms. Cleanliness is also not satisfactory.
