The whole resort was great, the beach in-front of the main hotel has a lot of jelly fish. The receptionist in the beach club is charging us another room for a 14 yr old extra head, instead of extra person room charge. How ever the main receptionist allowed us to just pay extra head instead of extra room. But the rest is good. Hot pot restaurant was the best.

Bad service. We paid extra 1 pax with half of the room rate in the same room but we didn't get any extra bed. Very disappointed with the service. When we checked out, none of the staff came and help when we called for help, the counter just answered: we did not provide buggy service and we are short of manpower. The room that we stay was far from parking and receptionist area, how can they expect the customers carry their own luggage from the room to the checkout point and parking area? This was my first and hope it will be my last experienced too.
