The shower didn’t work as well, the tile didn’t look shiny at all , all the sink not working as well but the food was good and all the public rest room very smelly even in the restaurant the closet soo dirty need concern from the management of the hotel

Mega Express hotel
Mega Express Hotel is a modern yet comfortable budget hotel at the downtown area of Pematang Siantar. It just within less than 5 minutes driving distance to Jalan Sutomo/Merdeka.
The hotel only provides accommodation services. No food and beverage service is available here. Car and motorbikes parking was available at the front of the hotel. A small lobby area is available next to the reception.
They have twin and triple sharing room. Most of the rooms are non-smoking room. Otherwise, guests need to book those rooms with window if they want to smoke.
The room was newly renovated. Size for the room was not so big. There are cable television, working table with chair, baggage rack, tea and coffee making facilities, mineral water, and rack for hanging clothes. In room WiFi speed was good.
The bathroom was quite small. There was hot water shower with very powerful speed. Soap, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste were available.
Room rate was reasonable. With the paid room rate and the inroom facilities, it was a worthed stay. Overall, it was a wonderful stay at this hotel. Check in process was speedy. The crew members offered warm and helpful service. You need to inform the reception for room cleaning on the next night stay.

Royal Parbina Hotel
When I came there, nothing good service in operator and the number of application in map no good, it is very bad for customer so I had to move the hotel to take rest.

Hotel Sing A Song
I never get the weird services as this such one. They ask me to wait for checking-in since this hotel can't get my reservation data. After that, this hotel gave a room with rest room that can't flush. They move to other room eventually. Before it, they let me know that I am a guest without breakfast. Then I reply to them, that I don't ask for breakfast as you can see it from my reservation. The staff then reply to me with words, "Just to make sure that you know, you don't have a breakfast coupon." Huhhh.... This kind of service really me feel weird.
