There was something about this hotel that made it feel like home. From the convenient location to the beach, to the amenities, and to the friendly staff, my husband and our son had an amazing time there. My husband even lost his AirPods after he checked out, and the hotel still sent him an email after they had found it in the room. This hotel has integrity, top service, amazing food, and amazing vibes. We will be back again soon.

My stay at Padma Resort Legian for 3D2N was very memorable and wonderful. The hotel staffs, Ari & Oki gave exceptional service, they were very professional and helpful. The hotel gave me free upgraded room to the new deluxe chalet and early check in at 10. AM. In short: superb service, excellent staff, beautiful atmosphere, a lot of free of charge outdoor activities. I'll definitely come back to this highly recommended hotel, thank you padma legian!

Thanks for having me to stay here. I have good experience during my stay. The staff some of them so friendly. I really happy with that. Just need improve for team management because I wanna visit again with new positive and better quality. The hotel was nice and green. I love the garden around. A lot of orchid flowers. So lovely. Awesome experience in this hotel. From check in staffs Marini and Sintia were amazing. Bellboy and security were superb. Cleaning service in room dining. All the staffs including the trainee are very polite. Gojek food to this resort is so easy and convenient to collect. The swimming pool is so fun and kids friendly. Trans may not be international big brand, but I can assure you, the service in this resort is much better than all the other international 5 stars resort that I ve been. My daughter was sick, and the help they offer was great. Thank you trans hotel. Keep it up. You have captured our heart.
