Value for money, need improvement in cleanliness & hospitality, become reference for the next.

When I first arrived, the toilet was leaking but fortunately the staff fixed it. There were some dirt on the lamps next to my bed.

Overall very nice hotel in midle of the town, noted for general check in the room furniture some has lose and not to safety for child if getting lose, and the food is not so what we expect for 4 star hotel.

Booked for suite room with free wifi. But, no wifi available at all only for our room. No elevator as well. As our room located at the top floor, we were struggling to bring our luggages. No phone in our room which made us hard to reach the staffs (4 level stairs with no elevator and no phone). Nevertheless, the room is spacious and we have our own huge balcony. The staffs are nice as well.

The bed linen was torn and dirty, smelly blanket, the room are damp, the tv is old and tv channel is not set properly, dirty towel. This will be my first and last visit

It's the best homestay for me in Jogja. The facilities are so complete, comfortable, clean, neat room. We're so satisfied staying in Omah Wiena. Thanks so much Omah Wiena!
