Hampir semuanya bagus, hanya saja tipe kamar yg kamar mandi nya model bathtub rata-rata sudah ga bisa di pakai untuk berendam karena sumbatanya rusak.

Nice hotel, good for family staycation here

Most of it is good. I enjoy stay here the food, service, cleanness, the room is nice too its a good vibe and design. One of things that need to explain is how to use the shower its dangerous, you guys as the staff always need to gave customer reminder first because its bit hard to use it first time. Last sadly the check out process really really long. Staff didn't explain well and more and more waiting. I think this might be the first hotel that 's makes. Me waiting so long just for check out. In the end my driver need to wait more long and my schedule got crash too.

I tired my flight was landed 11wita & I around city waiting check in time but something happen at hotel when the time's show 3.30wita room isn't ready, no apologize, no chit chat, fda give inform that room still prepare & give complimentàry voucher afternoon tea (its doesn't solve problem actually) & I goes to lounge. But staff lounge reject with reason afternoon tea only available monday till thursday, which I come on friday. OK I back to lobby, then I info to e commerce, 1 hour then bellboy gave me keycard (I don't know why fda don't face to face to handle me clearly, irreverent). At the lift, someone say apologize about lounge & come to my room bring a lot of complimentary, thanks to fajri restaurant & yunita e commerce give the best handling complain ever. Advice: fda should be active ask to guest when we come whether to bring vehicle cause its relate freeparking. Its 1time I got free parking as long many times I stay (with my own initiative inform plate car) please update your TV be smart TV to make guest enjoy more. Thank you swissbelhotel balikpapan.
