Ferry rides are easy and fast. The bus 379 is directly standby after the wharf. You might need a while when going back to the wharf; choose bus 379 again. Ticket redemption was fast. I went on Sunday and it was not so crowded, like it was an okay crowd. The zoo is so big and clean. Toilets and restaurants are well organized. It was worth it for first-timers.
