About Bruny Island Wilderness Cruise

This three-hour wilderness cruise brings you closer to the rocky coastline of Bruny Island. Travel along some of Australia's highest sea cliffs, explore deep sea caves, and pass through the point where the Tasman Sea and the Southern Ocean meet. You will also come across coastal wildlife animals such as seals, dolphins, migrating whales, and sea birds. This award-winning cruise lets you ride a custom-built boat with covered open-air seating that allows 360-degree views of the entire island.

Check-in at the Bruny Island Cruises Booking Centre (10:30)

Departure from the Adventure Bay jetty (11:00)

End of cruise (14:00)

Children two years old and below can come free of charge, but must share a seat with a parent or guardian.

Children must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.

How to get there:

From Hobart city centre, you need to take a 45-minute drive to the Sealink Bruny Island Ferry Terminal in Kettering. Ride the 20-minute vehicular ferry departing for Bruny Island at 09:30. You must be at the ferry terminal by 08:45.

Take another 40-minute drive south to reach the Bruny Island Cruises Booking Centre located at 1005 Adventure Bay Road by 10:30 for check-in.
