08:20-08:30 Please wait in front of the LAWSON convenience store located at the Oriental Hotel to meet up with our staff who will be wearing a vest as shown in the picture and ask them for assistance.

08:30-09:00 The departure point is the Chikushi Exit of JR Hakata Station in Fukuoka. Please make sure to arrive early as there will be no waiting time before departure.

09:00-10:20 Arrive at Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine (stay for about 60 - 80 minutes).

12:00-13:30 Arrive at Yufuin. Explore the enchanting old street of Yufuin as you take a leisurely stroll while also visiting Yufuin Floral Village and Kinrin Lake.

Arrive at Yufuin and enjoy the quiet and serene town scenery (stay for 120 minutes)

15:00-15:10 See the cosy autumn view on the Beppu Ropeway. Ascend on the Beppu Ropeway above a fairytale-like winter scene. Please keep warm as the temperature at the top of the mountain is low. The cable car will undergo regular inspections from 25 June 2024 (Tuesday) to 11 July 2024 (Thursday). During this period, it will go to Umi Jigoku instead.

Beppu Ropeway (stay time is about 50~60 minutes, including cable car round trip fee)

16:20-16:50 Arrive at Kamado Jigoku (stay for about 30 minutes). Enjoy free foot bath (towels are not included, please bring your own or purchase locally at your own expense).

In the event of a change in itinerary or cancellation due to traffic, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be informed 1 day prior to departure by e-mail (at 12:00 local time).

Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes prior to departure, as the tour will depart on time. If you are unable to join the group due to personal reasons and arrive late, no refund will be provided.

Each person is allowed to carry a maximum of one 29-inch suitcase.

After completing the itinerary, you have the option to not return with the bus to the departure point. However, it is important to inform us in advance by specifying your preference in the remarks column.

There are no toilet facilities available on the bus. However, our staff will provide guidance on the location of toilets at various attractions after arrival.

Please wear light clothing and shoes for the tour. We kindly advise you to take good care of your personal valuables throughout the journey. It is essential to ensure the safety of your belongings at all times. We regret that we are unable to provide compensation in the event of any loss of valuables during the journey.

Be aware of the lower temperatures in the mountains and take precautions to keep warm. If the Beppu Ropeway is out of service due to weather or other conditions, the tour will visit Sea Hell instead.

Based on the "Improvement of Labor Standards for Sightseeing Bus Drivers" regulations of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, starting from April 2024, the length of one-day tours will be strictly regulated. If the itinerary is delayed due to weather or disasters, it will be shortened or parts will be deleted to ensure compliance. Please understand.
