  • By direct bus from Naha: Direct bus services including the Okinawa Airport Shuttle, Yanbaru Express, and bus line 117 offer convenient connections between Naha airport and the city centre and Churaumi Aquarium. The journey takes just over two hours each way, with fares ranging from 1900 to 2000 yen for the Okinawa Airport Shuttle and Yanbaru Express, and 2440 to 2550 yen for bus 117. Buses run at a frequency of 1-2 times per hour. In downtown Naha, the Airport Shuttle and Yanbaru Express stop at the Prefectural Office (県庁北口, Kenchō Kitaguchi), while bus 117 stops at Naha Bus Terminal. 
  • By bus from Nago: The majority of buses operating along lines 65 and 66 provide a link between Nago and the Kinen Kōen-mae (記念公園前) bus stop located in front of Ocean Expo Park. The journey takes about 50 minutes, costs around 900 yen one-way, and buses depart every hour. It should be noted that a small number of buses follow a slightly different route that passes by the aquarium.
  • By car: For travellers driving from Naha, the route is via the Okinawa Expressway to the northern end near Nago, which costs 1040 yen one way. From there, you can continue the journey via normal roads across the Motobu Peninsula until you reach the Ocean Expo Park. The entire journey usually takes about two hours each way, although it can be longer during peak traffic periods.
