・This product must be picked up at Kansai International Airport (KIX) Terminal 1 Arrival Hall Kansai Tourist Information Center
・All seats on the train are reserved seats, please be mindful of your departing station and final stop
・Tickets are available for purchase after 3:00pm every day, travelers may book their tickets as early as 1 month in advance (e.g. tickets for November 16, 2019 may be booked on October 16, 2019)
・Please be mindful of your flight schedule as airport pick-up is only available from 7:00am to 10:00pm
・Please check the contents within your package (train ticket & reserved seat ticket) before leaving the counter, refunds or reissues will not be granted if tickets are lost or damaged
・Free admission for children under age 6, must not occupy a seat (children who occupy a seat must purchase a ticket)
・Child tickets may be purchased on-site for children ages 6 to 11
・Seats are assigned randomly, travelers are not allowed to designate seats in advance
