— Itinerary Info —

① On the first day, board the limited express train "SAPHIR ODORIKO'', all of which are green cars

②On the second day, board the sightseeing train "FUJISAN VIEW EXPRESS". Special car #1 will be reserved for the tour

③ Izu-Imaihama Tokyu Hotel offers ocean-facing guest rooms facing the Imaihama coast

④ Same travel price applies for one person occupying one room (limited number of rooms)

— Important Info —

Trains

Even if you apply for the SAPHIR ODORIKO / FUJISAN VIEW EXPRESS for two people or a group, we may not be able to provide you with side-by-side seats

FUJISAN VIEW EXPRESS does not provide drinks or sweets on board

Due to train connections, there may be waiting times at Kawaguchiko Station or Otsuki Station

2. Accommodation

Imaihama Onsen / Izu-Imaihama Tokyu Hotel [S] Western-style room [twin] (with bath and toilet)

* A sea-side guest room refers to a room where the sea can be seen from the room and takes up most of the view.

* If you apply for 3 people in 1 room, you may be provided with an extra bed.

* Please leave the room allocation to us.

3. Free hotel shuttle bus

Due to shuttle bus schedules, you may be asked to wait at Kawazu Station or at the hotel until check-in time.

4. Mt. Fuji

Mt. Fuji may not be visible depending on weather conditions.

5. Luggage to be carried on the train

Some of the trains you will be using do not have space for large luggage, so please bring luggage that can be placed on the shelf above your seat (approximately the size of carry-on baggage on an airplane).

6. This tour will be conducted in Japanese only

Please note that all information provided by the tour conductor during the trip will be provided in Japanese only.

However, in order to ensure the smooth operation and safety of the tour, we will provide as much information as possible using the translation app (meeting location, departure time, etc.).Please observe the following when participating.

Please make sure you provide your correct name and email address upon making the reservation

Please adhere to the meeting time during the tour. If the meeting time has passed, the tour will depart

7. Other Information:

Due to the nature of group tickets, we cannot accept requests for specific train departure / arrival times, window seats, aisle seats, etc. Also, even if you are a group of two or more, you may not be seated next to each other

Regarding seats on transportation and etc.: Seat assignments for transportation (buses, airplanes, railroads, etc.) and facilities with assigned seats during the tour are at the discretion of our company for the smooth operation of the group tour
