Step 2: Visit the high-speed rail website, change the site language with the option on the upper right corner, then go in "Order Management"

Step 3: In "Order Management," enter the "Exchange Number" and "Passport Number" that match the passenger information submitted during booking

Step 4: Select the correct passenger and click the "Redeem" button

Step 5: Select a boarding date (搭乘日期) and boarding time (搭乘時間) and then click "confirm" (確認)
