— What You Can Expect —
Elevate airport experience with your personal assistant service for your departure flight. The assistant will escort you and handle your baggage and help with check-in, luggage drop-off, or navigating security clearance. Our team will guide you to the correct boarding gate and offer any additional support you may need, making sure you reach your destination with ease.

When you arrive at Suvarnabhumi Airport, your assistant will greet you at the arrival gate with a sign displaying your name. They will help with your baggage and guide you through all airport procedures, including immigration and customs.

Enjoy a hassle-free transition through the airport either for arrival or departure flight with our buggy service, minimizing walking time.

Please book at least 24 hours before your scheduled flight time.

Buggy service is unavailable for arrival flights at Gate D4, D6, Bus Gate at Main Terminal, and Gate S101-S128 at Satellite-1 Terminal (SAT-1) due to proximity to the immigration area. Refunds are eligible for these cases and will require 45 business days for processing.

The service cannot be held responsible for the safety of passengers, lost/damage of property or any potential consequences resulting from missed flights.

All passengers are required to go through immigration and customs procedures. Please be aware that your personal assistance will not be able to accompany you during these processes.

This voucher specifies a Departure or Arrival service at Suvarnabhumi Airport only. Two vouchers are required for round-trip (Departure and Arrival) service.

It requires 2 vouchers for a round trip (Departure and Arrival) service.

Premium Service (Butler+Buggy) • Our buggy will pick you up at your flight's arrival gate. • One buggy cart can seat up to two adults. • Immigration and customs procedures are legally required for all passengers. Please note that your personal butler cannot accompany you during these procedures. • The package has been tailored for two adults and one child under the age of 5, with a height requirement below 120 cm, and includes two checked baggage allowances. • Our staff can only provide the service within the designated service area in the airport. • Personal butler service is only available at Suvarnabhumi Airport. • In case of no-show passengers, you will be fully charged. • We reserve the right to cancel for any reason. • We reserve the right to change terms, conditions, prices, and other information without prior notice. • This voucher is specifically for an International Arrival service at Suvarnabhumi Airport.
