HOW TO RECEIVE THE SIM CARD PURCHASED ON TRAVELOKA

1. Home delivery

Free standard delivery within Ho Chi Minh city and Hanoi (3 – 5 working days)

Free standard delivery in Vietnam (5 – 7 working days)

Delivery charges apply to same-day express service and are based on actual quotes displayed on Grab/Ahamove service; the SIM card will be delivered from 3/12 Pho Quang Street, Ward 2, Tan Binh district, HCMC (Delivery time: Monday - Saturday, 09:00 – 18:00)

2. Gohub Office Pickup

If you are in Ho Chi Minh City

Pick up your SIM card directly at 3/12 Pho Quang Street, Ward 2, Tan Binh district, HCMC

Operational hours: Monday - Saturday, 09:00 - 18:00

If you are in Ha Noi

Pick up your SIM card directly at 82 Thinh Hao 1 Alley, Hang Bot Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi

Operational hours: Monday – Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00

3. Tan Son Nhat Airport pickup

Pick up your SIM card directly at MobiFone counter, Column 6, Ground floor, Arrival Hall, International Terminal, Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Ho Chi Minh City

Operational hours: Monday - Sunday, 7:30 - 23:00

Step 1: Insert SIM into your phone.

Step 2: Open Data Roaming mode on your phone.

For IOS: Setting > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Open Data Roaming mode. Open 4G network data mode on your phone to start using the Internet.

For Android: Setting > Cellular > Open Data Roaming mode. Turn on 4G network data mode on the phone
