At Terminal Landungsari, city transport connects various destinations within Malang, such as Arjosari, Gadang, and Cemorokandang. There are seven city transport routes that start and end at this terminal. City transport vehicles at Terminal Landungsari are distinguished by their blue color, with route details indicating terminal initials, such as Arjosari (A), Landungsari (L), Gadang/Hamid Rusdi (G), and Cemorokandang (C).

Rural transport from Terminal Landungsari serves routes outside Malang, connecting Batu City and several areas in Malang Regency, such as Karangploso and Sumberejo. There are five active rural transport routes operating from this terminal. Rural transport vehicles are color-coded for each route, with route details also using terminal initials like Landungsari (L), Batu (B), Karangploso (K), and Sumberejo (S).

For intercity transport, Terminal Landungsari provides medium buses suitable for the hilly terrain, narrow, winding, and steep roads in the Malang - Kandangan area. These buses operate routes to western Malang, such as Kediri, Jombang, and Tuban. All intercity routes are serviced by buses with economy-class facilities, except the route to Jombang, which offers both economy and non-economy options. Payments for economy-class buses can be made directly to the conductor on the bus, without the need to go through a ticket agent or counter.
