Each airline may have a different policy. To find out more about your airline’s policy, please check the email we send to the email address you used for booking after your refund is completed. 

On the email, you will be able to find information such as your travel voucher’s expiry date, whether your voucher can be used to book a different route, and how to use your travel voucher. Please note that if your new ticket is cheaper than the value of your travel voucher, the remaining amount cannot be exchanged for cash. If your new ticket is more expensive than the value of your travel voucher, you will have to pay for the difference.
