You can track your refund via Traveloka app or website, we will show you how. Make sure you’re logged in to your Traveloka account first before proceeding.

To check it via Traveloka app:

1. Open the “Bookings” menu

Through your Traveloka app, tap on the “Bookings” menu at the bottom center.

2. Find your refund request

Scroll down in the Bookings menu, then tap "Your Refunds" to view all of your refund requests.

3. Select the booking you refunded

Here, you can find all the refunds you have requested, including the recent ones. Tap on a booking to check its refund status.

Inside your selected booking, you can check the status of your refund—whether it’s still being processed or already completed. You’ll also find all the relevant details related to your refund there.

To check it via Traveloka website:

1. Open your profile account

It’s on the right top of your screen.

2. Go to “Refund” menu

You will see a “Refund” menu there, kindly click on it.

3. Select which status you want to see

As you can see, there will be three tabs that represent the status of your requested refunds. If it’s an ongoing refund you want to check, select the “In Progress” tab.

To see the progress details of your refund, simply click on your requested refund, and you can see the progress and all the details you need.
