Lovely small hotel with great location near all the main attractions. Off the street in private courtyard so nicely away from all the bustle. Handily on a side street of a main thoroughfare to/from airport so plenty of taxis around.

This hotel was basic but went above and beyond what we expected. It was perfectly clean with large rooms and a good sized bathroom. All soaps and shower gels were included in the room. There is a mini fridge with multiple bottles cold water on arrival while also being offered bottles upon check in. We only stayed here for a night for a stop over in Albania but was perfect location from the bus stop from the airport and easy location for onward travel. Only downside was the hotel was a little noisy. The walls seemed to be very thin.

Modern clean room, shower absolutely gorgeous. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Walkable to the centre and historical places. Basically in the heart of the city.

Five minutes walk from the main square and from the bus to the bus station. Tons of surrounding excellent restaurants. The room has a excellent shower and lots of storage space, which is much appreciated

Unhygienic chipped sink dirty dingy room, shelf hanging off the wall, cheap fittings metal hangers. Not what i would consider a 4 star hotel more of a backpackers hostel. Photos not a true reflection and definitely not "A new vision if luxury" 2 star at best. Reviews cannot be true If you want something nice then stay at the Ebel hotel
