スタッフがとても親切でした。 エレベーターがなかったのですがスタッフが2人がかりでスーツケースを部屋まで運んでくれた。 1泊目は静かでよかったのですが2泊目に隣に家族が泊まった時、夜中まで話し声が聞こえたので遮音性が低いかと思います。 延泊を希望していましたが、騒音のせいでキャンセルしました。 また部屋が広いのにシャワールームがとても狭く、水がトイレまで流れてしまうので使い勝手が悪かったです。 ホテルはかわいくてインテリアもおしゃれでしたが、私の部屋の絵が怖かったので外しました。

小さいホテルでしたが、室内にはケトルもあり、清潔感あるホテルでした。スカンデルベグ広場までも徒歩10分程度です。フロントの方が親切でした。

There were many restaurants and coffee shops close by within walking distance. The Internet service was fine.

Very central, good value for money!

Il yavais une odeur dans la chambre une odeur de renfermé qui m’a empêché de dormir. On arrive à peine à voir l’entrée de l’hôtel franchement dommage

The pictures for this property are extremely deceiving. The hotel is located in a back alley and is extremely rundown. The mirrors in the room were cracked and broken the door to the bathroom was also broken and you can hear every door closing, voice and sound through the walls. There is no elevator so make sure you are able to carry your luggage up at least two flights of stairs. There was AC in the room but it never worked.

Good hotel overall. The staff are so lovely and they made sure there's always cold water available at the reception. There's no elevator but when they saw we have a lot of luggage, they put us in a room on the ground floor which was good. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious. Bathroom was great too with a massive shower space. The location is quite good as we were always 10/15 mins away from every attraction or restaurant we wanted to visit. Taxis also pass by quite often in the main street which was useful. The only downside to this hotel was the thin walls and noise from the street. There were kids playing outside and people talking loudly until late hours in the night which was quite annoying.

The hotel felt really new and clean, and is in a very convenient, central location. Lots of restaurants and mains streets nearby, plus a grocery store within 3 mins walk. Staff were so helpful with all of our questions. Recommend!!

Très bien placé, calme. 2 lits sur les 3 très confortables. Propre en surface...Chambre spacieuse. Personnel très serviable ( on a vu 3 personnes toutes sympas) et efficace ( réservation d’un taxi, conseils si besoin,...)
