Great views. Great location near the busy areas, but far enough away to accommodate parking and easy access. Nice breakfast! It was off season, which may be the reason, but daily room cleaning was lacking.

You definitely need a car if you’re staying here as the town, although nearby, was too far and hilly to walk. My room had a balcony so I had the view of the ocean from my bed. The room was clean and spacious enough, the breakfast was fine and it also had a view.

The hotel itself was very nice, and very well maintained. The breakfast in the morning was also very good. The area around the hotel is not very walkable and a car is advisable. Saranda can get very crowded during the busy season and the roads are very narrow.

People were very attentive and friendly. Even though there was sometimes a language barrier they always took the time to try and understand what we were saying and asking. They explained all the traditional dishes to us. The pool area was great for a relaxing day at the hotel and the coctails were amazing. The view from the hotel was amazing. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The staff were great, however the breakfast was quite limited, and the hotel was right in the centre of a lot of construction. As such it was quite noisy at night and though out the day. The photos appear to do the hotel a lot more justice then they appear.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed, with a nice view from our balcony across to Corfu. The pool and room were clean and breakfast was tasty. The only 2 downsides were that the car park was more like an abandoned quarry with a large digger in, so only enough room to park for several cars, and the lots either side of the hotel were building sites which you couldn’t see from any pictures online. We weren’t too fussed but it’s worth baring in mind if you want a scenic hotel stay

The hotel was amazing! It was super clean and had a gorgeous view of Sarandë. It’s a 20 minute walk from the centre, which meant the hotel was quiet and relaxing at night time. The staff were super helpful and welcoming, there was always staff available in the hotel should you need any assistance. We will definitely come back! Loved it!

Hotel was very modern and rooms were great. Good air con, nice bathroom and good shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool area was lovely, always sun beds available. Breakfast was okay, could be better. My only criticism of this hotel was that they played loud music every day by the pool all day. Got a bit much after a while but it seems to be common in Albania for places to play loud music all day every day.

Super friendly and helpful staff who were always available to help and answer any questions we had. Breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide range of food options. Location is great but a bit of a walk to the main beaches and restaurants. Street parking available. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Art Hotel.

The staff are friendly. That’s really the only positive. The breakfast is pretty depressing, and we didn’t bother with it. We ended up going elsewhere to buy a real breakfast. We were also woken up at 8 in the morning on Sunday by a giant digging machine across the street, shaking our building.

Lovely hotel, staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. Great pool area with amazing views. We had the best balcony I have ever had in a hotel, the building is very clean and modern. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Terrible breakfast, no one at the front desk or on the property, barking dogs that live on site (plus a rooster for a neighbor), loud construction noise next to the property, power goes off a lot, hot water off every morning and you have to park in the street(not near the street or the side of the street, but actually in the street). What is not to love? Oh and the adrress/directions on Expedia are completely wrong. It will take you to a completely different hotel. I will dispell one more myth while I am on a roll. Saranda is pretty much a dump. I would not waste a trip to come here. Let my mistake be your learning. Skip it!
