Great views. Great location near the busy areas, but far enough away to accommodate parking and easy access. Nice breakfast! It was off season, which may be the reason, but daily room cleaning was lacking.

Great hotel. Helpful staff. Location is a bit away from downtown promenade area but only a short ride and the views are worth it. Room was very comfortable with LoTS of outlets!

You definitely need a car if you’re staying here as the town, although nearby, was too far and hilly to walk. My room had a balcony so I had the view of the ocean from my bed. The room was clean and spacious enough, the breakfast was fine and it also had a view.

Bilderna är inte som i verkligheten. Hotellet går knappt att hitta en adress till. Ligger ganska långt från allt. Frukosten är förfärlig. Vi hittade både spindel och larv i maten. Sängarna eller golvet är oklart vad som är skönast att sova på. Med andra ord ta ett annat hotell.

Great location

The worst hotel experience ever. Checked out after one night due to this horrible “hotel”. Upon checkout, the hotel staff clearly told us they wanted to refund us but couldn’t, as the booking had been made through a platform. Just a few minutes later, however, they gave you a completely different version of events, claiming they had offered us an alternative room — which is simply not true. No such offer was ever made. The hotel experience was far below expectations. The room was dirty, with towels that had holes and yellow stains. Basic amenities were missing: there were no bedside lamps, no spoons for the coffee cups, and no bathrobes, despite the listing stating otherwise. Additionally, the hotel staff regularly fed stray dogs at the garbage area next to the property, which caused constant barking whenever anyone passed by. It made the atmosphere noisy and unpleasant. The hotel staffs friend and family used the pool and the music was so loud you could not have a conversation.

Very nice

The hotel itself was very nice, and very well maintained. The breakfast in the morning was also very good. The area around the hotel is not very walkable and a car is advisable. Saranda can get very crowded during the busy season and the roads are very narrow.

Tässä hotellissa on aivan mieletön maisema merelle ja Kreikan saarille, kuten Korfulle. Allasalue on mukava ja siellä oli aina tilaa. Siivouksen suhteen tässä hotellissa on todella petrattavaa: parveke todella likainen, saippuaa ei saanut kuin itse hakemalla, allaspyyhkeet ikitahraisia, huoneessa hiuksia ja pölypalloja, juomalaseista saatiin nauttia vain ensimmäisenä iltana. Aamupala oli ihan ok, tosin sen saa nauttia ampiaisten keskellä ja kaikki tarjolla olevat ovat samaa kädenlämpöistä tarjontaa (jogurtit lämpimiä, munakas viileää). Työntekijöillä ei ole yhtenäistä vaatetusta, niin sai välillä arvailla, että ketkä on töissä ja ketkä asiakkaana (tai henkilöstön vieraana). Sijainti oli meidän päiväretkille toimiva, auton sai parkkiin hotellin eteen ja ravintoloita oli paljon n.50 metriä alempana. Iltaurheilun sai aina palatessa yöpuulle. :)

Mycket trevligt hotell. Bra frukost. Det enda minuset är att det är väldigt brant ner till huvudvägen och vattnet. Platsen stämmer inte med kartan på Hotels.com.

Hyvää vastinetta rahoille. Mukava tunnelma, joustava palvelu ja avulias asenne. Saimme jopa jättää auton hotellin parkkiin siksi aikaa, kun teimme 2pvn piipahduksen Korfulle.

At first it was hard to locate due to Expedia having the wrong address however the front desk was very helpful with guiding to the correct address , super clean , staff super friendly, good location

Superb hotel in Saranda. The hotel is 3 years old but feels very new and overall clean. The staff is amazing and very friendly! The views from the top balconies are stunning and the pool is clean and quiet. 5-10min walk from the beach clubs and around 20min walk to public beaches. Highly recommended!

Wir waren 8 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Unser Start war etwas holprig, da wir nachmittags eincheckten und zum Abend auf einmal eine Mitarbeiterin des Hotels mit einer Karte unser Zimmer öffnete und in unserem Hotelzimmer stand. Das fanden wir selbstverständlich etwas merkwürdig und waren eher weniger erfreut darüber. Für uns als Deutsche war es zudem etwas ungewöhnlich, dass es für die Bettdecken keinen Bezug gab, auch auf Nachfrage nicht. Der Zimmerservice war sehr freundlich, allerdings wurde unser Bad in diesem Zeitraum nicht einmal gesäubert (Waschbecken, Boden). Pool und Speisebereich waren dafür aber sehr schön!
