Je tiens à adresser une mention toute particulière à Hamida et Nawel, qui ont fait preuve d’un professionnalisme exceptionnel. Un grand merci à Hamida, pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Elle a été d’un soutien précieux tout au long de mon séjour et a su rendre cette expérience encore plus agréable. Nawel a également offert un service irréprochable, toujours avec le sourire et une grande bienveillance. Je n’oublie pas non plus toute l’équipe du restaurant, qui mérite également d’être félicitée. Chaque membre du personnel était attentif, serviable et aux petits soins, veillant à ce que chaque client soit traité comme un roi. Leur sens de l’hospitalité et leur souci du détail font toute la différence. Je tiens à remercier sincèrement toute l’équipe pour la qualité de leur accueil et de leurs services. C’est ce type d’expérience qui donne envie de revenir. Si je dois réserver un hôtel à Alger à nouveau, je reviendrai sans hésiter dans cet établissement. The front desk staff (Cerine and Nawal) were EXCELLENT ….. They were so very helpful with everything from check-in to check-out … Everything from arranging taxis to restaurants recommendations to directions on where to go, they were always ready to help me. I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers and solo travelers coming to the wonderful city of Algiers ….

Was just okay. The check in time of 3pm is a little unreasonable. My flight was very early morning and they gave me a room that was available which was nice of them.Not sure what the other rooms are like but it was just okay. Hotel doesn’t have much atmosphere and I was pretty keen to head out than stay. If it’s just for a comfortable place to stay for a night then this is fine. But ask friends or get recommendations first, online details really don’t give you a real sense of the place

Reserveu por 5 das. No meio da etadia me ausentei por motivs pessoais e quando retornei (dentro do periodo dereserva), o hotel transferido meu quarto para ouo cliente. Decidiaram fazer checkout e cancelar sem me comunicar, inaceitavel. Tambem, ha apenas 1 elavador que parou de funcionar duas vezes neses 5 dias.

J'ai été très déçu par mon récent séjour dans cet hôtel. Bien que l'établissement semble séduisant en apparence, l'expérience a été gâchée par le manque flagrant de professionnalisme de certains membres du personnel. Leurs attitudes inappropriées, manquant de courtoisie et surtout d'honnêteté, risque de repousser de nombreux clients si la direction ne prend pas conscience de ces problèmes et n'agit pas en conséquence.
