The front desk staff (Cerine and Nawal) were EXCELLENT ….. They were so very helpful with everything from check-in to check-out … Everything from arranging taxis to restaurants recommendations to directions on where to go, they were always ready to help me. I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers and solo travelers coming to the wonderful city of Algiers ….

Was just okay. The check in time of 3pm is a little unreasonable. My flight was very early morning and they gave me a room that was available which was nice of them.Not sure what the other rooms are like but it was just okay. Hotel doesn’t have much atmosphere and I was pretty keen to head out than stay. If it’s just for a comfortable place to stay for a night then this is fine. But ask friends or get recommendations first, online details really don’t give you a real sense of the place

Bonne expérience et le personnel professionnel

L'eau de la douche passait à l'extérieur de la douche et inondait la salle de bains. De plus, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. Aucun geste commercial nous a été proposé. Pour le reste, hôtel confortable.

Calme le soir, mais la matin, trafic très présent. Chambre sans clim, bien géré le 3ème jour. Sinon globalement correct

Hotel ben curato nei dettagli, posizione un po' isoltata a piedi, ma con 15 min a piedi si trova la val de Hydra dove ci sono ristoranti e bar. La colazione scarsa. ma tutto sommato va bene

J'ai été très déçu par mon récent séjour dans cet hôtel. Bien que l'établissement semble séduisant en apparence, l'expérience a été gâchée par le manque flagrant de professionnalisme de certains membres du personnel. Leurs attitudes inappropriées, manquant de courtoisie et surtout d'honnêteté, risque de repousser de nombreux clients si la direction ne prend pas conscience de ces problèmes et n'agit pas en conséquence.

Je déconseille fortement, mauvaise organisation, petit déjeuner médiocre voir inexistant, prestations de services non honorés. Navette toujours indisponible, nous avons failli rate notre car

Très belle expérience dans cet hôtel nous avons vraiment aimer notre séjour ici le personnel est vraiment sympa, le restaurant est très bon cocktail également. Tout est propres foncez y.
