Loved this place! Stayed here with 5 other people and the room was so nice and clean. We loved the 2 showers and 2 toilets especially. Staff was great and showed us how to get to grandvalira. Recommend!

We booked and apartment with breakfast and dinner, and paid beforehand. Upon arrival, reception didn’t find we paid for the food but had it included in the reservation. Wouldn’t let us in until we paid for it, we said we had done it already and suggested we wait till the morning to sort it out since was late, 10pm. We were fine skipping dinner that day and just wanted to rest, as the food is optional and they had confirmation of the room being paid, I thought this was OK. Person disagreed and tried to force us into paying for food or not give us the room. I had to scavenge the reservation and then he magically found we had indeed paid for food all of a sudden. We then realised was better to not get it at all as both breakfast and dinner were poor to say the least, nothing was ever fresh, sometimes we were getting leftover from days before, there are absolutely no complimentary drinks during dinner, not even tap water.

Without air conditioning it was hard to remain in our room. It was hard to sleep. We enjoyed having a balcony and an additional room was really nice too. Very convenient to shopping and dining. The pool was quite a walk away and looked like a nice facility but the water was very dirty with floating hair and cloudy water.

Its a nice hotel, good location, friendly staff and the family room we had was pretty spacious , clean and modern. The balcony was good too. The problem is that the hotel has no air con and (when we were there) the room just held the heat and even with the windows open and a fan going it was impossible for any of us to get any sleep. The thick plastic sheet was weird and noisy to lie on. Overall a good hotel but clearly not designed to handle the heat of summer unfortunately.

There is no pool at the property. It's a15m walk, uphill to a pool that is packed with people from the hotels that all share it. Also no parking, despite the ad you must park off-site and pay$30/ day. Great location, despite the annoying logistics, once you're settled all of Downtown is walkable.

We arrived very late from our flight to Barcelona. Had no trouble parking our car at the hotel but it was €18 till check out at 1200 (they give you an extra hour after check out). We moved car to a local car park and it was only €2 per hour. You could find parking probably closer for less but we had had a long day. Clean rooms very comfortable, pillows a bit hard for my liking.

The only thing positive about this property was the location, but every hotel in the city is a good location. There was mold growing in the bathroom and our room was so small that you had to turn sideways to walk between the bed and the desk. When I asked about changing rooms, I was told they were sold out. However, there were still rooms available on the website for $40 less per night than I had paid. They sent someone to clean the mold but the housekeeping staff said that it was so old they could not clean it. Overall, it was very disappointing.
