Location is pretty nice, the rushing water sound is very soothing and the staff are excellent! Some people are stating the breakfast wasn't good, but I found there were lots of options, everything tasted great and there were many more options than a typical hotel. The beds were pretty comfy and there were decent pillows provided. The WiFi worked well and the views were pretty good. I was not a fan of the uncontrollable heat that required me to leave the window open whenver I was in the room and the toilet seat was broken, but aside from that everything was pretty nice.

This is a no-brainer for the value. A large buffet Breakfast was included, on-site parking was easy, and the staff allowed us to check in early and even had our room made up with the extra bed. Super clean and pretty updated throughout. The room was huge. Convenient walk to everything in Andorra la Vella. Definitely where I’ll stay next time I’m in town!

We booked and apartment with breakfast and dinner, and paid beforehand. Upon arrival, reception didn’t find we paid for the food but had it included in the reservation. Wouldn’t let us in until we paid for it, we said we had done it already and suggested we wait till the morning to sort it out since was late, 10pm. We were fine skipping dinner that day and just wanted to rest, as the food is optional and they had confirmation of the room being paid, I thought this was OK. Person disagreed and tried to force us into paying for food or not give us the room. I had to scavenge the reservation and then he magically found we had indeed paid for food all of a sudden. We then realised was better to not get it at all as both breakfast and dinner were poor to say the least, nothing was ever fresh, sometimes we were getting leftover from days before, there are absolutely no complimentary drinks during dinner, not even tap water.

Loved this place! Stayed here with 5 other people and the room was so nice and clean. We loved the 2 showers and 2 toilets especially. Staff was great and showed us how to get to grandvalira. Recommend!

Without air conditioning it was hard to remain in our room. It was hard to sleep. We enjoyed having a balcony and an additional room was really nice too. Very convenient to shopping and dining. The pool was quite a walk away and looked like a nice facility but the water was very dirty with floating hair and cloudy water.

Location was good and the access to the swimming pool was a real bonus given the heat! Wi-fi was a little hit and miss at times.

Its a nice hotel, good location, friendly staff and the family room we had was pretty spacious , clean and modern. The balcony was good too. The problem is that the hotel has no air con and (when we were there) the room just held the heat and even with the windows open and a fan going it was impossible for any of us to get any sleep. The thick plastic sheet was weird and noisy to lie on. Overall a good hotel but clearly not designed to handle the heat of summer unfortunately.

There is no pool at the property. It's a15m walk, uphill to a pool that is packed with people from the hotels that all share it. Also no parking, despite the ad you must park off-site and pay$30/ day. Great location, despite the annoying logistics, once you're settled all of Downtown is walkable.

Very expensive hotel's car park, problem with car parks around . ... No window and door at second bedroom. No facilities in the room , even kettle for water 😱

Front desk staff not very friendly and appeared to be bothered that we were checking in. I do not recommend their breakfast . On the positive, the rooms were nice and clean.

We arrived very late from our flight to Barcelona. Had no trouble parking our car at the hotel but it was €18 till check out at 1200 (they give you an extra hour after check out). We moved car to a local car park and it was only €2 per hour. You could find parking probably closer for less but we had had a long day. Clean rooms very comfortable, pillows a bit hard for my liking.
