The unit had multiple issues and the property manager neglected to correct the issues in hand. 1. The toilet was broken when we arrived. We notified him immediately. 2. The shower had no pressure when we areived. 3. In the morning the shower had no water coming out. Not able to shower or use the toilet. Contactes the manager incharge of the reservation He does not reply to the messages and in the morning I try to get a hold of him and he blocked my number. I found him at his office located on the 8th floor l, the house keeper told me where he hides. His answer to me was very plain and clear. He told me that I had already paid for my stayed, so basically his only concer was to collect the funds and not worried about customers consern regarding the room falling apart. Very rude behavior from property manager, very bad management They are on the business to fraude travelers and take their money is that simple. They need to reimburse my money thas the best they can do for not been responsible.

Very good location in nice neighborhood. Rooms were ok except with the shower. It was for very short people. Also, too noisy that we could here people on the other floor like they were inside the apartment. Easy check out,

Good location, clean, good value. Lack of personnel on property is a problem. Arrival was OK. Emailed arrival instructions (entry codes, location of room key, etc ) OK. Departure a problem. Nobody at desk 10am, front door wouldn't open when late departing to train station. Not sure how I finally got it to open. Left keys on desk, concerned nobody to whom to give and confirm received.

Very nice and neat

Maintenance (no hot water in bath sink, very weak water pressure in shower, poor walls cleanliness in halls and apartment). Very good internet system. Easy check in and out.

Reasonable price, easy checking in and out and clean facilities with good WiFi.

A hidden jewel with a fantastic location

Beds were very old. Lumpy. Not clean. Pool tiny and cold. Kitchen not stocked or functional. Left iPad by mistake but they claimed it wasn’t there.

we had a problem with the stove, but it was fixed. We then relocated to a bigger apartment. Overall, we were happy, and it was a very safe area.

I was in a first floor unit, quite run down and horrible view (to the back and the parking lot on the main floor). The pool is the selling feature, and great to have during the summer! It was annoying that they didn't have someone in reception 24hrs, or that I couldn't go before check in time to drop off my things

Called a day ahead informing them I was travelling with a group of 9ppl. And we had 9 rooms. Asked if it would be possible to get 1 or 2 rooms early check in. 11am-noon instead of 2pm. That way a few elder ppl who had 18 hour flights could rest. And the rest could leave their bags. Well we show up and are only allowed to leave bags and told check in is at 2pm. There were available rooms, I dont know what was the point of not giving us 2 rooms 3 hours early. Sheets had hairs, were not washed. Floor was not clean, and shower had lots of small flys in ceiling. Filthy place. 1 of the rooms we asked to change sheets because they were dirty, and you guessed it. No luck.

This hotel is in a great location! Being very close to Santa Fe Street. Plenty of shopping, many cafes and bars, etc, everywhere here. An easy walk to many of Buenos Aires attractions in the upmarket Recoleta and Palermo area. A 24 hour reception makes a late evening check in easy. And this is a safe region in this city.The suite was very large compared to others I have stayed in in Recoleta. Two bathrooms and a large fully equipped kitchen, with a single bedroom. The rooftop contained a pool and decking with all day sun. although I had trouble with intermittent wifi and noise from other guests was audible, I would definately stay at this hotel again.

Wifi sucks. And it's a deal breaker. Pity. throwing a little money at that problem would generate a lot of money. And you people, based on reviews, are aware of the problem.

Perfect area if you want to be in the heart of it all.

Close to areas for tourist either by walking or cab. Lots of restaurants or grocery stores to purchase items. Found unit not to be equipped for cooking all meals. We ended up buying a frying pan for breakfast. Other than that they provided good cleaning service. Would stay there again because of location and being very quiet.

A great place and good value. Comfortable bed, many TV channels, the kitchen is 'so so'. Good location. The hi lite for me is the rooftop sundeck and small pool.

Very convenient area of Buenos Aires. Good facilities. Needs a bit of upgrading in the bathroom. In general, a pleasant place to stay.
