Fantastic location,near the center off town. No complaints, great for small group or a family.

Good location is the only plus

The bathroom in my room had a water leak. They switched me to another one that smell to mold. No parking on premises.

Two things were good. Customer service & location, easy excess to all. Everything else you get whatvyou pay for. The street need to be taken care, its hazard to the public, just not sure where it came from

The hotel is perfctly located a 1 minute walk from the bars and restaurants of the town. It is cheap and cheerful, we were happy to have stayed there. The only thing id say is breakfast leaves something to be desired but it fits the purpose. Also the proprietor knows where to get the best exchange rate, just ask.

Hotel staff were very rude and personally insulted us. They initially claimed they didn't have our reservation and that it was Expedias fault. While we were on the phone with Expedia who confirmed reservation and #, the hotel staff admitted they did indeed have it. They offered no apology and said it wasn't our fault, not theirs. They sent us a nasty message via email after we provided feedback to Expedia as well. We ended up going to a different hotel and the manager told us "I'm glad your leaving".

Location is good - close to Main Street. One day I returned to find my door open with key in the lock. No cleaner in sight and never returned to retrieve key and lock room. So don’t leave anything valuable in your room. Price was good

Great location, friendly staff. If you have a lot heavy luggage, this hotel will be a challenge.

Is very close yo the principal street. Is very close yo the supermarket too. The hotel has a nice view. Is very easy to move around and find places of the expeditions to the glaciar. The hotel has the service from transport from or to the airport. That is very importante because the AirPort is dar away from town

I stayed 3 nights on this hosteria, the room was i booked was private for 1 so its big for me, tv i think only 1 english channel, there's a heater but far away fr the bed, its cold! Not enough to cover the area.no toiletries on the bathroom, just 2 small soap, you can hear the conversation of other rooms. Wifi is good. Breakfast is very very basic, already prepared in each table, 3 slices of cheese &3 ham? I think, also the bread is portioned!coffee, tea, yogurt, juice, cereals are available but that's it. I asked if i can boil eggs but the owner said no facilities to make it? But that's where they have the kitchen! (Microwave& toaster available ). Camillois very helpful w/ arranging tour & answering questions, the others who can't speak English really tries to be helpful. The place is 10-15mn walking distance to center of town, but near the bus station. Overall, if you're looking for a place to stay & have made arrangement for tours its a good value for your money. Its clean.

First off, one has to climb 20 plus irregular stairs to reach reception with no one available to help with baggage. We were checked in (more or less) by a housekeeper because the "señora" would not be there until 1400 despite the fact that check-in starts at 1100. There were no glasses in the bathroom and a sign in the eating area that if utensils or dishes were removed, there would be a 50 peso "fine." Asked the at reception for glasses from the person working the desk and got them while, all the while, she couldn't be bothered to put down the phone. I got the feeling that the only one who knew what was going on was the housekeeper.

An OK place to stay. Area is very expensive so although it may seem like a lot it was ok for a 'cheaper' option.

Good location for short stay. Hotel is a 5 minute walk from bus station and grocery store. Price included breakfast and was a good value for two people.

Very basic hotel but great location and if you bring earplugs - you will be fine.

my flight arrived at 1:30AM. Even tough they advertise a 24 hour reception there is no such thing. There was NOBODY! They showed up at 4:00AM saying oh we dont have your reservation. I was right on the desk! The rooms are depresssing. Asked for a double bed got 2 mini singles. Im 110 pounds and i thought i would fell out of bed !! Lol. There is no shampoo so bring your own. And breakfast is terrible. Only bread And bad coffee. I dont know why they call it breakfast. The only good thing about this hotel truly is the location. So at least you can walk to the grocery and buy some fruits and yogourt for breakfast....
