レセプションに鍵がかかっており、用がある度にインターホンを鳴らす必要があるのが少し不便です。 部屋は綺麗で快適に過ごせました。

Good location is the only plus

The bathroom in my room had a water leak. They switched me to another one that smell to mold. No parking on premises.

Two things were good. Customer service & location, easy excess to all. Everything else you get whatvyou pay for. The street need to be taken care, its hazard to the public, just not sure where it came from

A Hosteria é muito bem localizada e tem um bom sistema de calefação. Com relação aos preços praticados em El Calafate é um ótimo custo benefício. Voltaríamos a nos hospedar aqui sem dúvidas

The hotel is perfctly located a 1 minute walk from the bars and restaurants of the town. It is cheap and cheerful, we were happy to have stayed there. The only thing id say is breakfast leaves something to be desired but it fits the purpose. Also the proprietor knows where to get the best exchange rate, just ask.

Todo bien, la Hosteria está en la entrada del Calafate prácticamente.

Hôtel situé au centre de El Calafate à éviter. Nous avions réservé 3 nuits, à notre arrivée, la première nuit n'avait pas été prise en compte par l'hôtel. La réceptionniste avait fait le nécessaire pour nous trouver un hôtel a proximité. Merci à elle. Sauf que le lendemain, la patronne nous a fait payer les 3 nuits alors que l'erreur venait d'elle et qu'en plus nous avons remarqué qu'elle nous a fait payer la première nuit au tarif de son hôtel alors que l'hôtel où nous avions été relogés était moins cher !!! Inadmissible. Malgré nos plaintes, elle n'a rien voulu savoir. Aucun geste commercial. Pour compléter, chambre propre sans plus, chauffe eau au gaz dangereux à utiliser pas du tout aux normes de sécurité basiques, douche dangereuse nous nous sommes ebouillantés (!) et pour finir petit déjeuner pris dans une salle froide car porte toujours ouverte.

Se sobre vende el hotel , llegue y ellos no hicieron valida mi reserva, si bien ellos solucionaron mi problema de hospedaje consiguiendo otra opción. no puede ser que sobre venda .

Hotel staff were very rude and personally insulted us. They initially claimed they didn't have our reservation and that it was Expedias fault. While we were on the phone with Expedia who confirmed reservation and #, the hotel staff admitted they did indeed have it. They offered no apology and said it wasn't our fault, not theirs. They sent us a nasty message via email after we provided feedback to Expedia as well. We ended up going to a different hotel and the manager told us "I'm glad your leaving".

Location is good - close to Main Street. One day I returned to find my door open with key in the lock. No cleaner in sight and never returned to retrieve key and lock room. So don’t leave anything valuable in your room. Price was good

Tipica struttura ricettiva in Patagonia. Molto graziosa e la posizione è più che ottima, si trova giusto a 1 minuto dalla strata centrale di El Calafate. Ottimo il servizio colazione che è sempre incluso! Io e mia sorella ci siamo trovate benissimo! Consigliato!

Très bien placé ! Hôtel simple mais relativement bien, la ville a beaucoup de charme et l hôtel va dans le cadre. J ai beaucoup aimé ce séjour par l hôtel et la ville
