Horacio, Liz and the entire reception staff was just unbelievable. Nearly every wish you have will be fulfilled within no time. River/Boca tickets? Horacio takes care of it. I preferred a shower instead of a bathtub, Liz took care of it and I could switch rooms. And if you want to enjoy a beer/drink before going out, chill in the lobby and talk to the lovely staff. Horacio, Liz and co. are the best!

I recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, the experience did not fully meet expectations. While the room offered an excellent view from the balcony, the issues that followed overshadowed some of the positive aspects. Upon arrival, my room was not ready, and despite having booked a two-bed setup, the bed was not arranged as requested. I had to call housekeeping to redo it. To their credit, the housekeeping staff were polite and helpful, but these are issues that should have been addressed before check-in. The room also had several maintenance problems. There was a plumbing issue with the sink, no hot water, and very weak water pressure. Even after reporting these concerns to the front desk, nothing was resolved during my stay. Additionally, the bathroom cleanliness was below standard, which was disappointing. The front desk staff did not seem client-oriented, and the overall level of service was surprisingly low. Working in the hotel industry myself, I was surprised to encounter such avoidable lapses. On a positive note, the breakfast service was amazing, with a great variety of options and attentive staff, which added a much-needed highlight to the stay. Overall, while the view and breakfast were excellent, the service and maintenance issues significantly impacted the quality of my stay. I hope management takes these concerns seriously to improve the guest experience.

We had a power outlet not working in our room , this outlet would run the coffee kettle.i believe it was Room 507, we notified front desk ,they had the whole day to fix it, but was not fixed. Secondly, they did not clean the the shelf and refilled the water bottles, left dirty cups around.
