入住体验非常糟糕，金卡没有升级完全没有提前准备，大半夜换房。

非常棒的酒店，前台服务很好，位置极佳，旁边就是科隆剧院，楼下就有探戈剧院，离方尖碑很近，强烈推荐

飯店位置非常好，旁邊就是全球前五大科隆劇院，吃東西及交通非常方便

房間乾淨, 整齊, 寬敞及舒適. 前台服務員有禮及樂於協助. 入住時有歡迎甜點, 精美及貼心. 唯獨早餐食物款色較少及房間價格較略貴.

O chuveiro estava com a temperatura inconstante. Ficava alternando entre água quente demais e gelada. Solicitei conserto por dois dias seguidos. Nada foi feito Em baixo da cama estava imundo, cheio de poeira

En general es un buen lugar cerca del Obelisco, tranquilo y con opciones para comer cercanas, sin embargo las opciones disponibles durante el desayuno son muy limitadas.

Nice staff, excellent breakfast and room cleaning services on time and well done. No issues with Wi-Fi. It was a pleasant stay. The hotel is close to many Buenos Aires' points of interests reachable by walking or Uber services.

Não incluímos café da manhã porque queríamos conhecer cafeterias em Buenos Aires. Porém, a localização do hotel é perfeita. da para fazer muitos passeios e conhecer toda a região a pé. Acomodação organizada e limpa.

Buena Ubicación y mirador a Av 9 de Julio. Personal no muy atento. El hotel no ofrece nada especial.

We had a very bad experience with NH group, so much so that we would never use them again. When we arrived at NH Buenos Aires Tango Hotel (4* 8.8 rating) we were informed that a storm on the previous night had deluged the room and thus they were going to transport at no cost to NH City Hotel (5* 8.2 rating) According to its rating NH City is a 5 star hotel, it has to be the worst 5 star hotel we have ever stayed in. Although we were promised that we would be given a suite in The City hotel we were in fact given a very drab looking family room. We immediately went back to reception and were told that the hotel was full and nothing could be done. They then decided that they miraculously found a vacant suite. It was nothing like the pictures of the suite that we had booked in the Tango Hotel. On entering, the room was freezing, so much so that my wife spent over a hour sitting in the corridor. Despite the efforts of the maintenance crew every 20 minutes the room temperature lowered by 0.5ºC! Again we went down to reception who yet again miraculously found yet another vacant family room in a completely full hotel. So driven by the need to have dinner and the fact that this slightly less drab family room had heating that worked we decided to accept the room. It did not have the sitting area , the espresso machine nor bathrobes and slippers that we were supposed to have had. The curtain were in a very state or repair. The was one usable electric outlet at floor level. etc etc etc

Las habitaciones siempre en buenas condiciones, cómodas y muy limpias, las chicas de recepción y bar muy lindas y amables, el desayuno abundante

O hotel fica perto da Corrientes, ou seja perto de tudo, e sua comodidade foi excelente, fiquei preocupado com barulhos por ser região movimentada mais foi tudo tranquilo, café da manhã excelente também.

Buffet, excellent

Es un buen hotel, pero comparado con otros de cuatro estrellas, esta un paso atrás. Tenia una expectativa mayor con el hotel, pero dentro de todo estoy satisfecho.

The hotel is almost next door to Teatro Colon and in the theatre district. It is therefore very convenient for those who love opera, classical music concert, ballet and/or musicals. There are many restaurants nearby too. Though the hotel faces the busy Av. 9 de Julio, we did not find it noisy in our room. It may be because our room did not face that street. The breakfast did not have a big variety of food, but it was good in terms of choices and quality. It had what we like: scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausages, cold cuts, cheese, fresh fruits (oranges, pineapples, melons, grapefruits), vegetables, bread and pastry, good quality fruit juice, etc. A particular mention is its scrambled eggs. It was done perfectly, not overcooked and not too raw. Staff are also very friendly and helpful. They kindly helped us to book taxi or car to go to airport and restaurant and gave us good estimate of the time required to get to our destinations.

Es un hotel ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, a escasos metros de obelisco, con facilidades para moverse, tanto a pie Com en transporte público
