So close to Salamanca Markets and all the lovely dining options down there. Off street parking is an absolute bonus. Perfect facilities, thank you for our enjoyable stay.

Great stay overall! Owner was very responsive to my queries about recent weather conditions in the Hobart area. Check-in process was easy and apartment was fantastic- really clean and all amenities available including a fully equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend and would definitely revisit!

It was a beautiful apartment, Clean great amenities. The only downside was the queen bed desperately needs a new mattress. We both rolled into the middle of the bed. Didn’t get much sleep. Located within walking distance of Salamanca.

Beautiful location and easy to walk to shops and markets. Our apartment was a little run down compared with last time we stayed six months ago. Musty/damp smell in kitchen/living area. Master bed saggy in the middle, needs new mattress. Fridge not cold and kept beeping. Only one blanket on each bed during Tasmanian winter and no spares. If these issues were seen to then it would be a not only convenient but comfortable place to stay.

Accommodations were quite ordinary, could use a bit of sprucing up as the carpets were a bit worn and tired. Was very difficult to keep the window and sliding doors free from condensation so didn’t always get a good view. Also having to climb 23 steps with all our bags was rough. It would have been good to know this was a possibility or requirement when we were booking.

The property was spacious, in a convenient location, close to restaurants etc. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was warm and quiet. Unfortunately, the apartment was not as clean as it could be. The oven was very dirty, the pots were ‘well used’, and the range hood was ‘under maintenance’. Some of the bedding was stained. There was also nowhere to place soap, shampoo etc. in the shower. It was a shame as the apartments are well appointed and in a fantastic location.
