Apartment is Great! can see Hobart harbour. highly recommend stay is apartment.

Staff is nice. The apartment is well furnished with good view. We've paid upon confirmation of booking but charge again. Still waiting for the refund & reply.

公寓屬新裝飾、環璄優美、設備齊全、良好，特別是廚房用具應有盡有，煮食得心應手；睡床非常舒服，而且有電暖被，不怕嚴寒天氣；地理位置靜中帶旺，安全，距離 salamanca market 只有幾分鐘路程，約10分鐘的路程也可抵達各大餐廳、大型超級市場；公寓分開客廳、睡房、浴室、廚房、飯廳及工作室，全屋更以白色為主調，像回到家一般的感覺！ 公寓是全自助式！check out時只要把鎖匙放在枱上就能離開；而且要連續住3天或以上，才會有一次服務員上門清潔的服務，喜歡寧靜、怕被人打擾的朋友絕對喜歡這裡！

鄰近 Salamanca Market，約5-10分鐘路程可達。 這間實在稱不上是酒店，沒有大堂，你只需在你的入住時間致電跟職員溝通安排便可；沒有 room service，但有比你屋企還要齊全的爐具、廚具，連洗碗碟機和清潔劑也有提供；執房服務需要住３天或以上才會提供，但對住兩晚的遊客應該不是問題。

服務很好，我們check in當日到了晚上才到，打了電話即有好的安排，讓我們可順利入住。 Check out 當日因我們坐晚機，員工為我們安排了寄存行李服務，到了晚上也特意回來幫我們開門。好好的服務，員工都很友善！

This is a new building, the brightest one you see as you turn into the street. It is clean and simple with everything you need. Thanks Vikki for responding instantly to our request. We had a pleasant stay. There are varieties of restaurant within walking distance and we had an enjoyable breakfast at the Milli Vinilli.

Parking was terrible unless you got there super early, we parked on the street but had to be mindful of the parking restrictions. The place was clean, however the shower had terrible mould in it which they knew about but instead of fixing it the rebooked the room. Also if you didn’t take the rubbish which was in the bin they would charge you $20 for their effort of taking it to the bin, I’m surprised that they didn’t want us to clean as well. Also the smoke sector went off at 11.30 at night and again at 8am.

Location good and check-in instructions relatively clear. Room was not as expected based on pictures (on ground level and no views). Kitchen utensils and plates not clean. Grout in shower mouldy. Bedroom small. Some check in instructions not applicable to room.

Fantastic location. (Be prepared to carry luggage up steep stairs.) No guarantee of being able to park on site in busy periods as more rooms that parking spaces. (Street parking available.) The apartment was very clean in most areas except the shower. Mould growing around the edges, tiles and base which was the only disappointment.

Size of the apartment is good for small family. Bit dirty and can be better , for small kids not good to sit on mat . Very limited supply for dish washing tablets ( 4 nights I got 4 ) which IIS ok but the day we came dishes were not cleaned and we had to redo with water manually. Single aircon in lounge which is not great for bedrooms .

We had a lovely 4 day stay. The property qas small but had everything we needed. The property manager was fantastic and very helpful. The location was spot on, stunning views and a short work to everything. We'd happily stay again.

It was a beautiful apartment, Clean great amenities. The only downside was the queen bed desperately needs a new mattress. We both rolled into the middle of the bed. Didn’t get much sleep. Located within walking distance of Salamanca.

So close to Salamanca Markets and all the lovely dining options down there. Off street parking is an absolute bonus. Perfect facilities, thank you for our enjoyable stay.
