Excellent value for money, clean room and all that i could need for the 4 days stay. Friendly staff and walking distance to shops and places to eat. Had a wonderful stay and this will be my go-to place to book moving forward for my regular work trips :)

The room was spacious and the location was perfect for what I needed however the room just smelled. Not sure if it was the people who used the room before me or the general hygiene of staff but it was a distinct smell of body odour that just seemed to linger for the duration of my overnight stay.

After previously staying at this hotel and having an enjoyable stay I decided to revisit only to be terribly disappointed. The frypan was dirty with food stuck to it, shower floor grout was thick with dirt and mould. Bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Previous room had smart TV and although i booked the exact same package as 4 weeks ago and paid $200 more than last time there was no smart Tv. I requested to change rooms, happy to pay for an upgrade if it existed and was informed the hotel was fully booked

Bathroom flooded due to being placed in an accessible room with a lack of run off or alternate drainage.
The room was also located above the McDonalds drive through and all night the speaker was heard.
The tea, coffee, washing facilities were nice.
The hotel served its purpose for our rest but I don't think we'll stay again.

Excellent location close to all amenities however noise in room was above average due to traffic. Loud music on Saturday night tended to make the stay a little concerning. Soundproofing rooms a litte lt combat road and party noise would be great.

The room was a good size and included a small kitchen and balcony. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was okay but poorly designed in relation to toilet paper roll positioning and towel rack. Overall a good experience.

There is a washer and dryer in the room but the dryer didn’t work i had my clothes running in washing cycle even though i had the receptionist come and look at it. There is no instructions on how to operate the dryer. Useless piece of equipment in the room when it does not dry your clothes.

Placed in a disabled room. Room stunk of cigarette smoke and stains everywhere on carpet. There was rubbish on the sink from previous guests. Maccas outside our room so heaps of vehicle noise and maccas speaker noise.
Staff were friendly and really helpful.

Generally a good hotel with proximity to mall and food which is helpful.
Being positioned in a room next to the McDonald's drive through when booked as "pet friendly" wasn't ideal, as our protective dog lost his mind with every noisy vehicle and person yelling into the order speaker... other side of hotel would be better.
