周辺が新しいショッピングモールなので 便利でした。部屋も広くベッドもキングサイズで快適でした。 ドアが薄いのか？廊下でおしゃべりしていた人の声で夜中に目を覚まして眠れませんでした。 音の問題が無ければ 快適です！

キャンベラの中心部からは少し離れていますが（約15km）、車だと20分ほどで着きます。ホテル周辺は新興住宅街となっており、キレイな街並みです。お店も多く便利です。 チェックインがフロント時間外になっても、玄関の外にあるセキュリティボックスに部屋のカードキーを入れておいてくれました。ボックスの暗証番号は携帯にメールで届きました。 部屋にはキッチンや電子レンジの他、洗濯機もあるので、長期滞在の方にも向いているかと思います。 ホテルの隣には遅くまで空いているレストラン&バーやピザ屋さん、ケンタッキーや、24時間営業のマクドナルドもあります。

I stayed at the hotel for two nights. My arrival day was fine but the next day I had to change my room three times. The first room had a faulty air conditioning unit that was leaking water like a tap. This ruined my expensive slipper. I reported the issue to the morning receptionist on the 12th of March. She was incredibly rude and told me to change the room immediately, which was around 9 am. However, I had an appointment scheduled for around 10 am and needed to be ready and leave. I asked if I could change the room in the afternoon but she refused, said either change the room now or use a fan. I was very upset and managed to change the room. After my appointment, I returned to the hotel and took a rest. Afterwards, I put all my dirty clothes in the washing machine but it wouldn’t work. I was so frustrated and again I informed the receptionist. She changed my room again. On the arrival day, when I was checking bed before use, I saw hair on the bed. I would not recommend this hotel or use ever. I travel a lot and throughout my travels history I never had any issues like these.

Clean and comfortable room. Easy parking. Very close to takeaways and shopping centre for simple meal options.

Stayed for 11 days zero cleaning of the room just changed towels daily. Room stinks badly. Fabric sofarbed who knows when the last time it was cleand and absolutely disgustin inside. Super weak shower and water running out from the shower. Clogged basin. Filthy dirty kitchen

Very clean room, great kitchen, huge bed, free wifi and TV casting. Great location, close to shops and light rail into the city

Great staff, great room and my per was able to stay with me. I had to leave earlier than expected and got a refund. Good management all round.

Clean and well located

Room was very clean although smelt like a dirty nappy when we walked in. Had to keep spraying with air freshner. Bed very comfortable as always! Too much noise from interconnecting door....maybe look at some sort of seal. We usually stay here when visiting ACT as close to our family, and will continue to do so.
