We were able to check in early which was super convenient for us. Fantastic service. Large clean rooms. Everything we needed for our short stay. Very dated & lots of wear & tear on walls/carpet (which didn’t personally bother us).

The location is good right across the road from free tram. Only 3 stations to Rundle Mall. Staff are courteous. However no exhaust in the toilet. Not senior citizens friendly-shower is in the bathtub therefore you need to step into the high bathtub to take the shower. There’s no railing around the bathtub for you to hold onto which is dangerous considering how slippery it could be when wet.

Good location and easily accessible Complimentary tram rides to casino and Runddle shopping malls. Would be better if there’s complimentary or special parking rates for in-house guests. Didn’t get our room “make up” despite putting sign on 1st night. C/out too early at 10am but reception was nice to extend an hour as were unaware. Overall a fairly good stay as room was big and spacious hour bed was a tad bouncy.

Good location, but room looks to the parking and it’s noisy. For 3 nights not charged towers. The price is good for this condition. The big benefit is a STUFF! Very helpful and friendly!!

Between 6am and 11pm, there will be a plane taking off every few minutes. It's not too bad during the day but early hours in the morning or late in the evening, they can get very loud. The rooms can do with better sound proofing and perhaps double glazing on the windows and balcony sliding doors. The street that leads to the car park and back entrance is not safe after dark. There is also no access control to different floors. Anyone can get up the lift through to any level. The only security that protects us is the door to the room.
I still score this hotel 4 stars for its very reasonable room rates. The location is also amazing as everything is just conveniently located within walking distance. There is also a tram stop in front of the hotel main entrance in case walking is not your thing. The staff was very friendly and greeted me every time I walked pass the front desk.
