Ina at reception was professional, efficient, cheerful and helpful while also anticipating my needs. Excellent accommodation and location. Good security. However, the pool needs steps or a ramp to be installed for easier and safer access. Clean and modern apartment that was well-stocked!

I had a fantastic 7-night stay. The location is excellent - close to numerous eateries, supermarkets, South Bank, Brisbane City, and public transport. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a great balcony offering suburb views. The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Location is great, between south bank and west end. apartment was clean and spacious. Bed was rubbish, way too soft, dipping in the middle, clearly time for replacement of mattress. Hallway stank of cigarette smoke constantly, but other than that, it was pretty good.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. All of the amenities were perfect and made the stay easy and relaxing. The staff was amazing and very helpful throughout my time here. The location was also very convenient to CBD area. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this place to anyone. 100% recommendation.

Very clean and spacious well appointed apartment with secure parking and awesome location in West End we thoroughly enjoyed our city escape for Christmas. Staff very accommodating and friendly and fhe welcome pack was a lovely touch. Very liveable apartments and felt like home. Definitely highly recommend and we will be back for sure!

Room was tidy but starting to show wear and tear. Stains on blinds and marks on the walls. Bed was uncomfortable it appeared to have something solid through the centre.
