Inna on reception did a wonderful job in relocating us as our apartment didn’t have the king bed as requested. She escorted us to our new room once it was ready and made sure we were happy. Love the location of these apartments as it is an easy walk to the West End for cafes and supermarkets or to South Bank for more dining options or ferries to other sight seeing options.

Great area to access South Bank. Only disappointing experience was 2 nights of very, loud, noisy guests in apartment below. Noise policy wasn't in place for those guests, or maybe permanent residence, as locals did say it has happened before.

Unfortunately, there were major problems at check-in: I was sent a QR code for self-check-in, but no code to open the door to the self-check-in machine. There was a telephone number on the door, after 5 minutes on hold my European provider ended the call and blocked further calls for abroad. I stood outside the door for half an hour, then passers-by found me, they also tried to call the number, but nobody answered for 15 minutes. The passer-by then googled the apartment company and called another number, after 5 minutes we got through to them.
However, the lady on the phone and the reception staff on the following days were very helpful and friendly.
The apartment is well equipped, only glasses were missing. The apartment was very clean, the area is safe and there are many stores nearby, also the conference center is within walking distance.
The rest of the stay was very good.

We were glad that we could drop off our luggage early in the morning before starting our day in Sydney. While we were organising our bags outside, a friendly staff member named Inna greeted us with a warm smile and kindly invited us in. She even checked our planned itinerary and recommended some great local restaurants nearby.
I’ve never left a Google review before, but her kindness moved me to write one for the first time.
The location of the accommodation was excellent, and although the building isn’t new, it was tidy and well maintained.
However, we were very disappointed to find cockroaches in the room. This is something that absolutely needs to be addressed.

Huge disappointment because we thought we were getting one apartment with 3 bedrooms.
We are a family of 6 and wanted to all stay together in one room.
It is 2 seperate rooms, a studio and a 2 bedroom apartment. They are beside each other but not connecting.
If we had known it was 2 rooms, we would not have booked here. We could have booked somewhere else.
On description, it clearly says 3 bedroom apartment...not 2 apartments.
We have been booking with Hotels.com for many years.
The description needs to be accurate and not misleading.
