Very professional and obliging staff. They changed our room for us to one that we had previously stayed in. The restaurant was great. We dined there for both dinner and breakfast. It was our wedding anniversary. We enjoyed our stay immensely and we intend returning.

Excellent location, spacious room and comfortable bed. I was on the ground floor opposite the conference room which was being used, it was very noisy especially early in the morning. Limited room service was a bit disappointing but there is a restaurant onsite. Hotel is very dark with a medieval theme. Bit outdated and could use a refresh. Otherwise nice place to stay that is very convenient.

We have stayed at this property a number of times now and always find it very welcoming and relaxing. It has a little old world charm, yet enough modern touches so you don't feel anything is missing. The Onsite restaurant is excellent for dinner and the Whiskey Bar is a nice touch.
