Excellent location, spacious room and comfortable bed. I was on the ground floor opposite the conference room which was being used, it was very noisy especially early in the morning. Limited room service was a bit disappointing but there is a restaurant onsite. Hotel is very dark with a medieval theme. Bit outdated and could use a refresh. Otherwise nice place to stay that is very convenient.

Overpriced for a room that was 12 feet x `12 feet.

We booked 5 rooms. They were all unique. We were extremely impressed with the Hotel and very friendly/helpful staff. Breakfast amount and variety could be improved.

Berida aspires to be a 5 star hotel, but isn't. The female staff are warm, friendly and polite, the males less so - inexplicably unfriendly in my experience. The room was reasonably comfortable, but they need to spend on infrastructure, so that you're not woken at night when someone uses their bathroom, and it sounds like a fire hydrant has gone off. Some sound insulation between rooms is desperately needed. Some real own-goals too - a nice fountain in the entry garden has tacky music playing from it. Eugh. What were they thinking? And when I went to breakfast, there was some lumbering, drooling dog wandering about where the food was being prepared and served. Animals are really inappropriate in that context from a hygiene perspective. I walked right out again. Those are avoidable pitfalls. They've got the surface looking right, but need to give more focus to the substance.

Amazing property with old world charm, very pleasant staff and clean areas.

Room was pleasantly decorated and fitted, but was very small for two people (no where to even put, except to block the entrance). We’ve stayed in a bigger hotel room in Manhattan for less.

Yes the roommwas clean. Staff was courteous. Very pleasant stay. One suggestion is to have a Power point for the kettle near the unit, the kettle was stored to and tea coffee was stored

It is a beautiful place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Every staff member from Rachael at the reception to the staff in the dining/bar area were courteous, professional and caring. The towels could have been a bit more plushy but all in all a wonderful spot to visit. Thank you.

Didn't honor room size or rate that I booked 11 months prior. King room downgraded to double room and attempted to charge me a higher rate. Blamed Expedia payment issue and didn't attempt to contact me directly. Clip joint, Avoid..

Beautiful stay!

We have stayed at this property a number of times now and always find it very welcoming and relaxing. It has a little old world charm, yet enough modern touches so you don't feel anything is missing. The Onsite restaurant is excellent for dinner and the Whiskey Bar is a nice touch.

Perfect as usual, staff were friendly and attentive, food and drinks excellent.

Reception was lovely experienced staff. Downhill from there room smelt of stale cigarettes. The bed was fine. For the price
