Room was clean, a bit dated, staff were friendly.
Only downside was the noise, stairs people stomping around, plumbing water pipes were noisy, any time someone used the shower it would wake you up. Traffic noise and loud guests make it a less than acceptable stay for the cost. Definitely not again.

The bedroom had no air-conditioning the lounge room light didn't work no ice in fridge and manager couldn't speak English and downsized our room for 240 bucks a night i excepect air-conditioning in room and milk in fridge not little milk pods i would definitely rate at 3 star wouldn't start here again for price and value

The bedding and towels and cups - cleanliness was great. The door security chain was broken. It was difficult to understand the owners (Language accent). No breakfast on the weekend although that I was not advised before I came. The owners refunded the monies I paid for breakfast. The immediate gardens were beautiful.

I would struggle to give this place one star. It was filthy dirty, broken cracked tiles, damage throughout, disgusting stains of some sort on the lounge. The shower leaked and things like dirty curtains, dirt in corners of the room, a disgustingly filthy microwave oven. We felt we didn't want to touch or use anything or any surface in the room. We booked in late after a long drive, stayed one night of a two-night booking and left the next day. I have stayed at Best Westerns before and always found them clean and comfortable, but this place was terrible and had obviously not been cleaned thoroughly in some time. I will probably never stay with Best Western again after this experience. I'm sure Best Western would not like their name and reputation to be associated with a Motel that provides such a poor and dirty standard of accommodation,

Just stayed overnight. Easy to get to. Only issue is the rooms are not well directed so had to walk around the entire property quietly before we could find the room. Also, seemed like anyone could get in and out of the property unchecked… bit of a worry.

The room was comfortable & clean & the bed was great. What I found lacking was crockery & utensils. I stayed for a number of nights & had bought food when I wasn't eating out. I had to buy a bowl to eat my cereal & luckily I carry utensils in my car.
