How people rate this motel above 1 is beyond me. This place is unbelievably run down and dirty. The front office STINKS of cooking smells. The only reason we stayed is because at the time of booking CMC it was one of the only places seemingly available. It was almost empty for our entire stay. I guess they show it’s busy when CMC goes on sale so people are forced to book or miss out. It was weird. Anyway, don’t stay here.

Very outdated, aging and run down. I would recommend the owners look into better beds as the single I was in had springs sticking through the mattress. Very uncomfortable sleep. Very noisy street. Water pressure was poor. Considering what we paid for the niggt, we expected better.

Sorry to say but won't stay here again. We had a shower that flooded the bathroom floor&a basin that filled with water that never went down. We had a lovely person who stayed the second night &had their tv on for the entire night&the walls are paper thin. Not the best place to stay.

Yes clean room friendly staff

Double room with one bed. Probably should have checked first. Ended up with a blow up mattress on the floor for my 6ft 5 son. Picture of the room on the add showed a double bed and a single bed.

Room was clean and comfortable

Staff were lovely. Air con was very slow to cool room down. Shower was awesome great pressure

Room was clean, a bit dated, staff were friendly. Only downside was the noise, stairs people stomping around, plumbing water pipes were noisy, any time someone used the shower it would wake you up. Traffic noise and loud guests make it a less than acceptable stay for the cost. Definitely not again.

The shower leaked all over the floor. Could feel the springs in my back from the bed. Road noise from the adjacent main road. Lady very rude at check in. I did not feel welcomed.

Staff member at reception that greeted us was friendly and courteous, room was clean as was amenities. Bed and bathroom remade and cleaned upon return for 2nd night which was a delight to find - highly recommend

The bedroom had no air-conditioning the lounge room light didn't work no ice in fridge and manager couldn't speak English and downsized our room for 240 bucks a night i excepect air-conditioning in room and milk in fridge not little milk pods i would definitely rate at 3 star wouldn't start here again for price and value

I paid for a "Superior Room". There was nothing superior about it.

The bedding and towels and cups - cleanliness was great. The door security chain was broken. It was difficult to understand the owners (Language accent). No breakfast on the weekend although that I was not advised before I came. The owners refunded the monies I paid for breakfast. The immediate gardens were beautiful.

Very friendly staff, amazing customer service!

I would struggle to give this place one star. It was filthy dirty, broken cracked tiles, damage throughout, disgusting stains of some sort on the lounge. The shower leaked and things like dirty curtains, dirt in corners of the room, a disgustingly filthy microwave oven. We felt we didn't want to touch or use anything or any surface in the room. We booked in late after a long drive, stayed one night of a two-night booking and left the next day. I have stayed at Best Westerns before and always found them clean and comfortable, but this place was terrible and had obviously not been cleaned thoroughly in some time. I will probably never stay with Best Western again after this experience. I'm sure Best Western would not like their name and reputation to be associated with a Motel that provides such a poor and dirty standard of accommodation,
