The staff is really courteous and helpfull.

Spacious appt with ocean views. Nice resort with easy beach access and to coastal trails. Compact golf course & multiple swimming pools.

Wifi isn’t working as expected.

The rooms were a little run down, especially the bathrooms. Our "spa tub" smelled like an electrical burning smell when we turned it on. So we only uaed it a few times. I appreciated having laundry available in the rooms. We used it every day. We were there for 8 nights and never had room service come, even though we were supposed to. So we quickly ran out of towels and shampoos. The front desk was very accommodating and gave us what we needed when I asked for it, though. It was a pretty easy check in and very easy check out. I liked the convenience of the pools and it was ver close to our favorite beach: Diggers Beach. All in all it was fine. Not sure we would book it again.

The Room was a total disappoint - the room has not had any work done in the last 20 years - dirty - with squashed cockroaches in kitchen shelf - mold on celling - rust stains down the walls - dust on wardrobe shelfs - spend 20 minutes wiping shelfs - windows full of dirt and mold - sliding doors full of dirt and mold - bathroom full full of mold and broken tiles - dirt on walls - full of scuff makes every where - wifi constantly dropped out - room 1118 do not book that room - staff helpful enough - we asked for a discount and provided pictures - we got a 10% discount which is not near anywhere satisfactory by having to stay in a run down dirty apartment - had a spa full with rust - absolute terrible to actually sell an apartment in such a state. When we booked originally we booked for 8 days and paid for 8 nights then we where told room is actually not available for 8 nights only 6 - we then had to find accommodation some where else for 2 nights. I am a senior manager in a Hotel - this was the worst accommodation we have stayed in ever !!!

The property itself is beautiful and well presented. Common areas were clean and well maintained, the pools were lovely, and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and offered plenty to guests. Unfortunately, the economy room fell well below the standard implied by the listing and advertised photographs. The furniture, fixtures, and fittings were outdated and in poor condition. The bathroom required maintenance, with cracked tiles, a loose showerhead, a leaking sink tap, and visible mould. Cleanliness within the room was not to an acceptable standard, with significant dust throughout, including within the air conditioning unit. The room was also very cramped, with minimal usable space. Considering the high nightly rate, the condition of this room was disappointing. The bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable, which further impacted the stay. While the property overall has many positive features, the economy room did not represent value for money at the price charged.

Great location. Clean and tidy room. Lots of facilities. Easy check in and check out.

The distance to the spa was a bit of a hike from our complex. Coffee machine didn't work properly. The selection of the food at the restaurant was limited.

Beautiful setting. Loved the gardens. Friendly service and welcome. Our room was very clean, but could do with a little more maintenance. Over all, a lovely place to stay in a gorgeous location.

The view was great. The room was a good size and was clean. The young lady on reception was very good, and once past reception we had very little to do with the staff.

Fantastic hotel. Executive one bedroom suite was brilliant. Plenty of room and you couldn’t ask for any better. The reception staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was very comfortable. Would highly recommend

We paid for an executive apartment but clearly it wasn’t what we were allocated! Could hardly get the balcony doors open as they were stuck in the tracks; one of the windows in the bedroom had no blinds so the room was lit up at night resulting in a terrible sleep; bathroom shower was dirty with nowhere to put the soap and a strange hole in the ceiling; sofa bed was terrible and there were cockroaches in the kitchen and lounge room. We have stayed before and got a lovely well equipped and spotlessly clean room, so very disappointed this time.

After hours staff was very helpful, room was comfortable. The whole resort grounds are lovely and a joy to visit. Restaurant food was great, sunday entertainment was enjoyable.
