We arrived at 5pm. There was a number at reception to call, which I did. The woman said it was her day off, and to call a different number. The man answered, seemingly annoyed, saying he "couldn't be everywhere at once"?!? Once in the room the AC wasn't working and there was no fly screen to keep out the bugs. I called the man again, told him, and he hung up on me! I sent him a text and he told me, curtly, to put the card in the slot to get the AC working, which it did. The balcony door did not lock. The "renovation" was laughable. Light fitting and old AC outlet in the bathroom were hanging out of the ceiling. Mould on the ceiling. Door on the robe missing. Holes in the walls. Ice bursting out of the freezer. Drapes hanging off their fittings. All this for almost $300 for one night. Easily the worst place I've ever stayed.

Beds where uncomfortable, only one grass for four people , broken wardrobe door, tv Airlie dosent work … Phone lines don’t work? Couldn’t get tho to communicate checkin details Very veery tired resort , needs loads of maintenance Up side great location and pool was great .

There were a lot of renovations happening and they what had been done want dinner very well. The shower drained very slowly so had to keep turning the shower off so it could drain and not flood the bathroom.

Ac worked. View of water. balcony windows and doors construction were really bad. plexiglas was added to fill in the gaps. this wasnt secure. Bed sheet cover was dirty with some sort of fluid stain. Mold in the bathroom. Kitchen looked average (we didnt use it)...during the "renovations" they have painted over the sunken kitchen lights. Floor wasnt vacuumed or if it was they hadnt done a good job. the wardrobes had leftover like hand rails or bathroom towel rack. Looked like some pretty shady people hanging around in the back carpark. Cars driving a couple of meters past the front door doing 50km/h. Staff were nice.

Great location, could be a good hotel, but it is so run down it's terrible. Badly in need of gutted renovations, bathroom tiles have been painted over many years ago and now peeling off making shower feel dirty, dead bugs in bathroom windows, doors don't lock properly, pool area is ok. Overall it's needs significant renovation.

Unfriendly staff, arrived around 10:30. A woman who looked suspicious was hanging around the building. The room was clean for sure, but the bed, you can feel the springs. I don't have high expectations for affordable accommodation, but this place disappointed me! Please do not book it!

Horrible bathroom. Hairs and bits of toilet paper on floor and in bath, no toilet paper holder at all, small pokey balcony and ac smelt very bad. We refused to stay here, and received a full refund. I think they are used to doing this. They are renovating, maybe should consider closing while doing so!
