We had the absolute best time! We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment on the 19th floor and it was a beautiful place to stay over Christmas and New Years (we are a couple with 2 young children). The apartment was very nicely decorated and the balcony had views of the hinterland in the background and a hilarious view of the Slingshot ride which was great entertainment! We loved the access to the Hilton hotel's 4 swimming pools and how amazingly central the accommodation is in Surfers Paradise, we never ran out of places to go and will definitely be back! We also were regular visitors to Ms Margot's cafe in the lobby for breakfast as they offer great food (almond croissants were the best!) and drinks. My only negative was that I did have to do a spot of cleaning when we arrived as the bedside tables were very dusty and the light switches/tv remote were dirty, and we did have to buy some wooden forks as there was only a single fork but we did find this hilarious and we were eating out most days anyway! The car parking is very convenient and easy and Dan was amazingly responsive when someone had parked in our assigned spot and resolved our issue within minutes (luckily this only happened once). We will definitely be back again as this was probably the best holiday we have ever had! Thank you so much Gold Coast Private Apartments! Also, the check in/out process was extremely smooth and our full bond was returned within a few days which was very much appreciated.

Excellent location and apartment was nice.
Communication regarding checkin was terrible. Had to chase up the day before to get checkin details. Asked to pay a $300 deposit which was done and refund was meant to be within 7 business days. It has now been a few weeks- still waiting on refund and no replies when trying to chase up.

It's in great location, but check in wasn't easy. It was very hard to find the master key to get into the room. Very very less information and dodge area to keep the self check in keys. We wont be going there again.

The location of the property was one of the most pleasing qualities. Just outside you will find the dining options, night life options and shopping. The property inside was easy to locate and the instructions to enter were straightforward although I was new to Australia, I was able to comprehend.
The apartment had the basic items required which was a plus point however when we entered the aircon was not on and it was really stuff inside.
The other drawback of the property was that towards our final night of stay, dirt water was coming through the taps and showers which was surprising and the management have not done anything about it. I had to follow after my departure to get a response about why dirty water was coming.
Also there is a bond due on arrival which would be returned after 7 days however in my case it took 4 follow ups and 10 days
