保証金が何も説明せずかえってこなかった

コロナウイルスにより予定通り渡航が出来なくてもキャンセルにも応じない。 何度メールしても返信なしで放置です。 最悪のホテルですから絶対予約はしてはいけません。

Great location and service.

Excellent location and apartment was nice. Communication regarding checkin was terrible. Had to chase up the day before to get checkin details. Asked to pay a $300 deposit which was done and refund was meant to be within 7 business days. It has now been a few weeks- still waiting on refund and no replies when trying to chase up.

Couple stains on the couch and carpet , but a very good property

Centrally located to all the Surfer's Paradise amenities (especially groceries). The apartment was clean and well stocked. checking in was a little confusing for a fist timer.

It's in great location, but check in wasn't easy. It was very hard to find the master key to get into the room. Very very less information and dodge area to keep the self check in keys. We wont be going there again.

Great central location. Super easy to check-in and out. Parking was great.

Notre séjour c'est très bien passés l'appartement est très bien situé et proche de toute commodité. Seul soucis la communication avec les loueurs en effet plusieurs jours avant notre arrivée j'ai envoyé des mails et essayé de joindre quelqu'un au téléphone pour savoir comment récupérer les clés de notre location d'appartement depuis notre pays (avec notre abonnement local téléphonique et internet) EN VAIN donc pas évident une fois arrivé il a fallu prendre dès notre arrivée en Australie un abonnement téléphonique et un forfait internet mobile pour pouvoir communiquer avec un agent du coup avec la 4G nous avons trouvé avec l'aide de google map l'adresse de l'hébergement qui a notre grande surprise était au Hilton (appartel) nous avons donc demandé de l'aide au bagagiste du Hilton d'appeler pour nous le numéro de tel que 'j'ai essayé plusieurs fois et plusieurs jours avant notre départ sans jamais avoir réussi à avoir quelqu'un au bout du fil je rappel quand même que nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants de 6 et 8 ans que nous somme arrivés sur Brisbane vers 18h20 nous avons été récupérer notre véhicule de location chez europcar (un casse tête aussi car il a fallu changer d'aéroport de l'international au domestique pour trouver les bureaux d'europcar aucune précision d'europcar la dessus faites attention tous les autres loueurs étaient présent à l'aeroport international sauf Europcar cherchez l'érreur toujours avec nos enfants+valises la galère.nous avons eu notre appart à 23h30.

The apartment is gorgeous, beautiful view and comfortable. Worth staying. Accessing the property needs to be better and clearer, parking is confusing and time consuming.

What I didn’t like * Got fleas - my daughter had 40 itchy bites all over her body * A lots cockroaches * Broken amenities - toaster, safety deposit box, mop

The apartment had everything we needed for a small family stay. Also, the ability to use the onsite facilities was a real draw card on days when we just wanted to relax and take it slow.

The location of the property was one of the most pleasing qualities. Just outside you will find the dining options, night life options and shopping. The property inside was easy to locate and the instructions to enter were straightforward although I was new to Australia, I was able to comprehend. The apartment had the basic items required which was a plus point however when we entered the aircon was not on and it was really stuff inside. The other drawback of the property was that towards our final night of stay, dirt water was coming through the taps and showers which was surprising and the management have not done anything about it. I had to follow after my departure to get a response about why dirty water was coming. Also there is a bond due on arrival which would be returned after 7 days however in my case it took 4 follow ups and 10 days

The apartment was clean and well appointed. Great views of the sea. Easy access. Parking was easy. Central location. Good size apartment. A coffee machine and also more tea and coffee would have been great. A welcome pack would make the stay extra special. Bottle of wine, fruit basket etc

Fantastic location right next to cavill ave tram stop.

Was a nice place to stay, but could do with a good clean in the rooms. Other then that was ok.

It was good but the aircon didn't work properly so it was super hot which ment leaving the door open a lot which was very noisy.
